In late 2013, I founded Narrow Land, an independent design studio on Cape Cod. Over the last 10 years I've had incredible opportunities working as the design lead or project manager for a growing number of clients with unique needs. My goal is to continue providing design and consulting services that help exciting companies grow their businesses.

Narrow Land also provides creative services such as editorial design, graphic design, videography, content creation, and social media management. Additionally, the company has moved into consulting and complete project management services, guiding production all the way from concept sketches to a final digital or print product.
Responsible for selecting speakers, venue, and leading all production and planning for the day of the TEDxProvincetown: HyperLocal event. I supervised all TEDx staff and volunteer roles related to content production, stage management, technology, and video.
As the Lead Project Manager, I spearheaded the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and launching Wordpress and Webflow websites, ensuring seamless project execution. Orchestrated the assembly and management of teams comprising 4-10 specialists located across different continents to address diverse project requirements. Developed and managed user experience audits to provide valuable insights that informed strategic design decisions, optimizing website functionality and user satisfaction. Established and maintained robust relationships with clients, managing their ongoing needs post-launch, including maintenance, design updates, and development enhancements. In 2020, took a significant entrepreneurial step by purchasing the company, subsequently absorbing all staff and clients. Successfully executed a merger with Narrow Land, expanding the company's reach and capabilities.
As Executive Director, led the Provincetown Public Library to be honored with nationwide recognition two consecutive years as the Number 1 Ranked US library (Library Journal Ranking for expenditure category of up to $1 million annually) in 2014 and 2015. The Library ranked #2 nationally in 2016. Directly responsible for planning and implementation of annual budget of roughly $325,000. Effectively managed staff of 20, innovative/special interest programming, fundraising, public events, building maintenance, and other essential operations 7 days a week.
